Cheek cells under the microscope.

Today room 4 were looking at cheek cells. We wanted to see what our cheek cells would look like under the microscope.

Hypothesis: We will see some of the organelle.

Equipment: - Lolly pop stick
                   - Slide
                   - Sodium Chloride
                   - Methylene blue (stain)

Method: First we took the lolly pop stick and rubbed it on the side of our cheek. Then we put it on a slide, he added a drop of sodium chloride and a drop of methylene blue to stain it.

Observation: I saw the membrane, little circles and tiny line like figures.
